Anamora started as a folder on my laptop. A directory of Markdown notes about every client, every commitment, every promise made on a Friday afternoon — and a stack of routines to keep that directory honest while the rest of the week happened.
It worked. So I started building it as a real product — a runtime, a vault, an approval gate, and a board to read in the morning — shaped to be the kind of system another operator could feel at home in by week two.
Who I am.
Lui Hedlund. A founder building from a desk, solo. I’m not in a hurry.I’m in a hurry to do the next install well, and that’s a different thing. The team will grow when the second operator-in-residence joins; until then, what you see is what you get.
What I believe.
That tools should sit closer to the user than the network. That an assistant should ask before it acts. That memory belongs to the operator, not the platform. That a roadmap shouted in public makes you ship the loudest thing instead of the most useful one. That a careful install beats a clever onboarding sequence every time.
